The department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Engineering was established in 1993. Since then its excellence in each and every aspects has played an important role in the institute. Presently the department is offering B.E in Electronics and Communication, M.E in Digital Communication Networks and M.E in VLSI DESIGN.
The department is accredited by NBA and recognized by Anna University as one of the research centers to carry out research leading to Ph.D. and M.S. Programmes. Department is involved in establishing and running the Embedded Networking Group of TIFAC-CORE in Network Engineering.
